Know who received the work.

When the handoff matters, “someone clicked” is not enough.

Choose a public link, verify every visitor by email, or limit access to a recipient allowlist.

The flow

From action to outcome.

  1. Choose the access mode

  2. Add recipients or a password

  3. Follow verified opens and downloads

What changes

Less admin around the work itself.

Three clear access modes

Public is link-based. Tracked verifies an email. Restricted accepts only addresses on the allowlist.

Independent password gate

Add a hashed transfer password to any access mode without changing the recipient link.

Revoke access

Remove a verified grant or recipient while keeping the rest of the transfer active.

Human activity

Owner visits and automated previews are marked separately from recipient conversion.

Trust detail

The boundary is part of the feature.

Recipient pages are noindex, verification codes expire, and raw email addresses are not copied into the activity event metadata.

After you send

The answer to "did you get it?" is on the page

A transfer that has been opened looks different from one that has not. That difference is what makes the follow-up email unnecessary.

Quick answers

Before you start

Can I see who downloaded the files?

Where the access mode supports it, opens and confirmed downloads are recorded against the transfer.

Will I be notified when someone downloads?

Yes. Download alerts tell you when a recipient takes the files.

Do these controls apply per file?

No. Expiry, password and access apply to the whole transfer, so one delivery has one set of rules.

Are files checked before the link works?

Yes. Safety processing completes before a transfer becomes downloadable.
