Paid delivery rules

Sell work you own. Keep every buyer promise clear.

FileFast provides protected delivery and Stripe Connect checkout. The sender remains the seller of record and is responsible for the product, buyer support, taxes, refunds and disputes.

Rules version: 2026-08-26 · effective 26 August 2026

Seller of record

The sender sets the price, supplies an accurate description, supports the buyer and manages receipts, refunds, disputes and tax obligations through the connected Stripe account.

Access is webhook-gated

A browser return never unlocks an original. FileFast grants access only after a signed Stripe event confirms payment and revokes it after a refund or open dispute.

Private originals

Paid originals are prepared on a separately configured private storage disk. Checkout stays unavailable until every object has been copied and verified.

What cannot be sold

Paid access does not make prohibited content acceptable.

No unlawful or harmful files

Do not sell malware, credential theft tools, illegal sexual content, files that exploit or endanger children, instructions or materials intended for violent wrongdoing, or anything unlawful where you or the buyer are located.

No stolen rights or deceptive listings

You must own the files or have permission to distribute them. Do not sell pirated software or media, stolen personal data, counterfeit documents, misleading bundles, or content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.

No evasion

Do not use paid delivery to evade sanctions, payment-network rules, earlier enforcement, malware controls, storage limits or another service’s access restrictions.

Refunds, disputes and taxes

State what the buyer receives before charging. Respond to support and refund requests promptly. Stripe processing fees and any tax, reporting, refund or dispute costs remain with the connected seller account. Refunded or disputed purchases lose download access automatically.

Enforcement and help

FileFast may pause checkout, block access or remove a transfer when safety, legal, payment or abuse signals require review. Sellers may contact support; suspicious or prohibited files should be reported through the abuse form.

These product rules describe FileFast’s current paid-delivery workflow and do not replace professional legal or tax advice.
