Terms of service

Use FileFast for files you are allowed to send.

Last updated: 30 August 2026. These terms describe the current FileFast transfer service, account controls, paid plans and safety rules.

Your content

You are responsible for files, folders, messages, names, links and review comments you upload or share.

Recipient access

A transfer link can be forwarded unless you choose controls such as password, tracked access or restricted recipients.

Plan limits

Storage, download activity, expiry, recipient and feature limits are enforced by the current plan catalogue and product controls.

Rules

Safety and account boundaries.

No unlawful or harmful files

Do not upload malware, credential-theft tools, exploit material, unlawful sexual content, files that endanger children, stolen data, infringing works, deceptive documents or content you are not allowed to distribute.

No abuse or evasion

Do not use FileFast to spam, phish, evade another service, overload infrastructure, bypass plan limits, hide repeat abuse or interfere with another user.

Enforcement

FileFast may block uploads, quarantine files, disable transfers, restrict accounts, remove public access or preserve records when safety, legal, payment or abuse signals require review.

Paid delivery

If you sell file access, you remain responsible for product accuracy, buyer support, refunds, disputes, taxes and rights to the content. The paid delivery rules apply in addition to these terms.
