FileFast help

Simple answers before you send files

FileFast is a file transfer workspace for clean links, email transfers, folders, download feedback, mobile uploads, and sensible limits. It is built for sending files, not becoming permanent cloud storage.

Do I need an account?

Yes. FileFast requires an account to upload and send files. This keeps the service cleaner, reduces anonymous abuse, and lets you manage your files, folders, transfers, and stats from one place.

What can I send for free?
  • 5GB max file size
  • 10GB account storage
  • 25GB monthly download bandwidth
  • Email transfers to up to 3 recipients
  • Up to 10 email transfers per month
What does Premium include?
  • 250GB max file size
  • 512GB account storage
  • 512GB monthly download bandwidth
  • Email transfers to up to 25 recipients
  • 90 days inactive retention
  • Folders, analytics, API access, and password options
Is FileFast a WeTransfer alternative?

Yes. FileFast works well for sending large files by link or email. The difference is that FileFast is account-based, so you also get folders, transfer history, download alerts, analytics, API access, and better abuse controls.

Can I send files by email?

Yes. Verified users can send files directly to recipients by email. Recipients receive private download links, and the sender can see transfer activity such as opens and downloads.

Does FileFast have a mobile app?

Yes. The FileFast Android app is available on Google Play for uploading mobile videos and files, sharing links, and tracking transfers from your phone. The iPhone app is waiting for Apple review.

Does FileFast scan uploaded files?

FileFast uses known-threat malware scanning and abuse controls. Files that fail safety checks can be blocked or quarantined, and abusive accounts may be banned. Very large files may require different checks because instant full scanning of huge uploads is not always practical.

What happens to inactive or expired files?

FileFast is built for transfer workflows, not permanent cloud storage. Files can expire or be cleaned after inactivity based on the account plan, and former Premium users may receive a short grace period before stricter cleanup rules apply.

Can I organize files into folders?

Yes. FileFast includes folders so you can organize uploads, reuse links, switch views, and keep client files, videos, invoices, or temporary transfers easier to manage.

Can I track downloads?

Yes. FileFast statistics can show views, downloads, countries, devices, referrers, and email transfer activity so you know what happened after sharing.
