Email delivery
What changes when you send by email
Each recipient gets their own link
Adding five people does not produce one link posted five times. Each address receives a private path to the same transfer, which is what makes the activity record useful afterwards.
How many people you can address
Ten recipients per transfer on Free, twenty-five on Plus, one hundred on Creator. If you need more than that in one send, a public link with a password is usually the better shape.
Why the file is not attached
Attaching a 200MB export puts a copy in every mailbox it touches, and most servers reject it before it arrives. A link keeps one copy, which is also the copy you can expire later.
Client delivery
Send it once. Know when it lands.
Deliver the finished work without squeezing it into an attachment or following up with another “did you get it?” email.
Quick answers
Before you send
The essentials, without another wall of feature cards.
Do email transfers attach the file?
No. FileFast sends a download link, which avoids email attachment limits.
Can I see who downloaded?
Yes. Email transfer recipients are tracked for opens and downloads.
Do senders need to be verified?
Yes. FileFast emails a one-time code before sending. Existing accounts are recognized automatically.
