What a session actually weighs
WAV and AIFF stay as they are
No transcoding, no normalising, no loudness adjustment. The bounce you uploaded is the bounce that downloads.
Stem folders keep their names
Send the stem folder and every track keeps its filename and its place, which is the difference between a usable delivery and twenty files called mix.
Approval without an account
A mix goes out for notes and comes back approved or not. Whoever is approving does not have to sign up to say so.
Sample rate is where the size comes from
At 24-bit and 96kHz a stereo file is roughly twice the size of the same length at 48kHz. A mastering delivery is often several times an ordinary mix.
Reference files belong with the mix
A rough reference, a previous master and the new bounce make sense together. One folder keeps them comparable instead of scattered across messages.
Why the files are big
Uncompressed audio is heavy on purpose
A stereo WAV at 24-bit and 48kHz runs about 16MB a minute. A five minute mix is 80MB before you have sent a single stem, and a stem folder is twenty of those.

Do you change loudness or normalise?

Can I send a multitrack export?
