Every RAW format is just a file here
CR2 and CR3 from Canon, NEF from Nikon, ARW from Sony, RAF from Fujifilm, ORF from Olympus, DNG from Adobe and phones. None of them are converted or inspected.
Sidecars travel with the frames
XMP files carrying your edits are ordinary files. Send the folder and they stay beside the frames they belong to.
Selects and originals in one delivery
Keep the folder structure you already work in, so the client can see selects without digging through every frame from the day.
Compressed RAW is still RAW
Lossless compressed formats from most manufacturers roughly halve the file while keeping the data. It changes the arithmetic, not what you can send.
Clients often want both
A common delivery is selects as JPEG for review and originals as RAW for the archive. Send them as one folder transfer with a folder for each.

One frame runs from about 25MB to 80MB depending on the body and whether it is compressed. Three hundred frames is a transfer, not an attachment.

Will RAW files be converted to JPEG?
No. Nothing is converted or re-encoded.
How many frames fit in one transfer?
It depends on the bodies. At 40MB a frame, a 5GB free transfer is roughly 125 frames; Plus goes to 300GB.
Can clients preview RAW files in the browser?
Previews depend on the format. Delivery does not: the download is the original either way.
How long do clients have to download?
Seven days on free. Paid plans go considerably longer, which suits archive deliveries that sit unopened for a while.
Can I stop a gallery being downloaded again later?
Yes. Set an expiry when you send, or delete the transfer once the client has collected it.
Do you strip EXIF or location data?
No. Files are delivered exactly as uploaded, which also means any location data you left in them travels too.
